leite e levar ao fogo m\u00e9dio mexendo at\u00e9 engrossar;<\/li>\n<li>Retirar do fogo e colocar numa tigela,      adicionar a banana cortada em rodelas ou em cubos, o mel, a farinha de de galinha      ou de legumes em fogo m\u00e9dio e quando ferver diminua o fogo, mantendo o      caldo em fervura branda;<\/li>\n<li>Numa panela m\u00e9dia, aquecer 01 colher de sopa      de manteiga e acrescente a cebola e o alho por\u00f3;<\/li>\n<li>Refogar em fogo baixo at\u00e9 ficar transparente;<\/li>\n<li>Juntar a quinoa, aumentar um pouco o fogo, mexer      bem envolvendo totalmente os gr\u00e3os na gordura;<\/li>\n<li>Adicionar o vinho e misture bem at\u00e9 secar;<\/li>\n<li>Abaixar o fogo e acrescentar metade do caldo      quente, o sal, a pimenta e deixar cozinhar por cerca de 10 minutos ou at\u00e9      o l\u00edquido secar, mexer de vez em quando;<\/li>\n<li>Juntar o restante do caldo e deixar cozinhar      por mais 10 minutos;<\/li>\n<li>Juntar a      salsinha, o queijo e a manteiga restante.
