Triturar a castanha com o a\u00e7\u00facar at\u00e9 virar um p\u00f3 fino.<\/p>\n<p>2. Com a ponta dos dedos, misturar a manteiga com a farinha.<\/p>\n<p>3. Juntar o ovo e a castanha triturada com o a\u00e7\u00facar, fazer uma bola, deixar descansar por 30 minutos envoltos em filme pl\u00e1stico na geladeira.<\/p>\n<p>4. Abrir a massa (entre filme pl\u00e1stico) com o rolo e deitar em forma de aro remov\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cortar a borda da massa passando o lado sem fio de corte da faca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recheio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Triturar a castanha com o a\u00e7\u00facar at\u00e9 virar p\u00f3, misturar com o creme e o ovo.<\/p>\n<p>2. Asse a massa a 180\u00baC, por alguns minutos,<\/p>\n<p>apenas para selar a superf\u00edcie. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar.<\/p>\n<p>3. Polvilhar metade do queijo ralado sobre a massa e cobrir com o creme de castanhas.<\/p>\n<p>4. Polvilhar o restante do queijo sobre o creme de castanhas e assar em forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 160\u00baC por 40 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>5.
