Fritar a carne mo\u00edda com manteiga e azeite at\u00e9 quase secar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Acrescentar a cebola, a pimenta e o sal, e cozinhar at\u00e9 amolecer a cebola.<\/p>\n<p>3. Acrescentar o tomate picado, a canela em p\u00f3, o cheiro verde, o a\u00e7\u00facar e deixar cozinhar at\u00e9 apurar.<\/p>\n<p>4. Lavar a berinjela, secar, cortar em fatias longitudinais ou em rodelas de 0,5cm a 1cm com a casca, pulverizar sal e deixar escorrendo sobre uma peneira ou grade para eliminar as toxinas.<\/p>\n<p>5. Lavar e secar bem em papel toalha e fritar em imers\u00e3o rasa.
