Fazer uma farofa com o p\u00e3o de forma, passando pela peneira ou na ponta<\/p>\n<p>da faca.<\/p>\n<p>2. Acrescentar as ervas picadas, as raspas de lim\u00e3o, o azeite, o sal e a pimenta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Temperar o peixe com sal e pimenta.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pressionar um dos lados do fil\u00e9 sobre esta mistura. Fritar o peixe na manteiga com a crosta para cima at\u00e9 dourar.<\/p>\n<p>5. Terminar a coc\u00e7\u00e3o em forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 250\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>6. Quando o peixe estiver no ponto, retirar da assadeira e reservar em local aquecido.<\/p>\n<p>7. Retire o excesso de gordura (caso necess\u00e1rio) da frigideira e adicione o suco de laranja, deixe reduzir 1\/3.<\/p>\n<p>8. Adicione o mel e *montar o molho com manteiga integral gelada.<\/p>\n<p>9.
